Route-to-Market FMCG Sales Lead
We are a local agro-commodities distribution startup with plans to backward integrate into raw commodities, processing, and farming. After 10 months of trading and over ₦65.2M+ in sales revenue across 4,071 completed orders, we have found PMF for two fast-moving commodities.
Our plantain chip route pilot (EW-2) alone proved that retail pull is relentless: 12,987 commercial packs delivered across 3,124 completed orders, with retail and wholesale shops begging for restocks every 3 to 5 days.
We are now locking down our field sales coverage along the CMS to Epe corridor and need an experienced Route-to-Market FMCG Sales Lead to scale and tighten our presence.
